My 33 m2 flat was recently renovated and is ideal for one person or a couple visiting as tourists or staying for a longer period of time to work. It is very functional and equipped for every day living, but yet still has plenty of storage space.
It is just 20 meters from the Mladost 1 Metro Station.
My studio is quite comfortable. It has been designed to make maximum use of the space. The kitchen at the entrance is compact and has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and electric teapot. It is equipped with everything you need for cooking and well lit with LED lighting. The living are has plenty of sitting and storage space. The bed is designed in such a way that it can be pushed into the wall to become a couch during the day. The windows provide plenty of light during the day and look out to a green area.
You have access to the whole apartment. There are no personal belongings there so you will have plenty of space for all of your things.
The building is very secure. In addition to keys to the flat, you will receive a key to the entrance to the floor should you use the stairs. You will also receive an electronic “key” needed to enter the building and needed to use the elevator.
